Bloch is onboard with a new character shoe. They have introduced a new 2.5 inch heel man-made upper, leather sole shoe in black and tan. The price is right too. A great way to get out of the inch and a half standard character shoe heel and into something a little more jazzier. Bloch will be releasing this shoe in the fall.
